This past month gave us a pretty clear picture of the Orlando market: decreases across the board.
Sales are down 22%, and new listings dropped 21%. It’s a classic Q4 breather. While the volume is lower, prices actually ticked up slightly to $385k.
The market isn't stopping; it’s just cooling off for the holidays.
